Refund Policy (30-day Moneyback Guarantee)

A 100% refund is provided to customers who used our products for 7 days straight and their teeth didn't whiten for at least 2 shades according to our shade guide.

Basically, if our product does not deliver its promise, then we don't deserve your hard earned money. Simple as that 🙂

Refund is not available for product damages caused by the customer. In these cases, contact us so we can offer you replacement parts.

Who Is Eligible For Refund?

You're eligible to apply for a refund if you received your product in the last 30 days and you have photos of your daily use for 7 days straight with the attached shade guide.

How To Avail:

1. Send a message to our Facebook Page that you wish to avail a refund

You will be asked to provide your order details (order #, your name, or mobile number) and the 7 daily photos of using the product.

Make sure that the photos have the shade guide near your teeth.

Seven (7) of these photos needs to be taken and labelled accordingly (Day 1 to Day 7).

2. Ship the products to us

Once our support agent verified your information and photos, you will be asked to ship the USmile Whitening Kit along with the used gel refills to our warehouse.

Our warehouse is located at Block 49 Lot 10 Blazing Star St. Evergreen Executive Village, Bagumbong, Caloocan City.

The customer will shoulder the shipping cost to our warehouse. We suggest using J&T Express or JRS express for their low shipping cost.

3. Provide us your bank details and wait for around 7-14 days

Send us your bank information or GCash so we can transfer your order amount once the item has been inspected. This usually takes at least 7 business days.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount for any missing parts or intentional damage to the returned product.
